I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right next to the Underground, and very close to the Russell Square tube station in central London. The rooms, although with a private bathroom, were comfortable, but the world's slowest kettle was a bit inconvenient. The service, including housekeeping and laundry, was adequate. However, the dining options were limited to European food. The facilities were decent, but I felt the price could have offered better value for money.
